As mentioned earlier, the Michael Jackson peek glitch results from animation calculation issues, leading to characters behaving oddly.
This bug doesn't happen all the time; it occurs with a certain degree of randomness. Interestingly, it's not the kind of bug that annoys players. Players almost look forward to their characters doing the moonwalk while crouching behind a wall. While standard kills are a dime a dozen, pulling off a kill while Michael Jackson peek is an experience you'll want to capture on video and share with a hundred friends and family to let them witness your moment of glory. Valve hasn't addressed this bug, so there's still a chance of triggering it. Players can also maintain this state by modifying game files, and here's a tutorial. However, the developers might release a hotfix or take action against players altering files. In any case, proceed with caution.
By the way, in that last match, I died. I was so amazed by Michael Jackson Peek that I got mowed down by the opponents.
