It is the new tsuki game from the same developer...and sorry I don't think this is the reason to rate 1 star.

Yeah you are right. Sometimes I just put a rating but it doesnt really matter the rating, but the question or doubt I have is whats important. And I think I have touched that subject before about this site and the mandatory ratings. Sometimes I just have a question or want to add a comment but without ratings. Also, I CANT just rate 5 stars so..thats what it is.
