The developers seem indifferent to these issues, as evidenced by their lack of action and the unavailability of the honor pass for weeks. Despite numerous reports and complaints, only automated responses are received, indicating a lack of genuine concern for player feedback.

We urge the developers to address these critical issues promptly to restore the quality of the gaming experience and regain the trust of their players. Until then, we recommend that players avoid the global version of the game.
