📖 Storyline: Billy is a scientist and technology programmer at Raincode affiliated with the government-owned Zyrec company with the goal of developing science in medicine, pharmacy, research and development for the survival of many people. Billy, returning home after a day of work, notices that the city is being hit by forest fires, the fog of smoke covers the city and the air gradually becomes unbreathable. Unintentionally, in the laboratory, Dr. Rudy is exposed to microorganisms that begin to numb his body and lose control of the human brain. From then on the entire population is infected, the side effect of which is hunger for food and thirst for blood! In the meantime, a Zyrec helicopter comes to the aid of Doctor Rudy, carrying a group of scientists, but the infection spreads in the cockpit, creating chaos until it crashes into a tunnel that crosses the city. At that moment Billy is crossing it and the crash traps him, crushed by the rubble, in the basement. His only concern is his daughter Alice. And so the exploration begins in the dark because the power went out due to the accident. From this moment on he will try to escape from the building by solving puzzles, chasing actions and eliminating zombies.
🎮 Gameplay: After the introductory full motion video with animations reminiscent of the first titles of the PS1 era we will be catapulted into an isometric setting, with the possibility of rotating Billy's view 360°; just press the corresponding icon on the right. We will begin to explore the accident site which is gloomy and dark, luckily there will be flashing clues around. The first objective to accomplish is to find a backpack that can only hold six items except for scattered files. There will also be boxes in which to store various objects, be careful to think about what to bring or not! Some will be easy to find, such as the torch, for others, the colored keys corresponding to the doors of the same color (remember the first Resident Evil director's cut) will require ingenuity. The Resident Evil-style inventory combining ammunition with weapons is very interesting. During exploration there will be energy cans for health if you ever get hit by zombies... hitting them won't be difficult since it has a laser pointer!
🎵 Sound: Praise goes to the sound engineers who perfectly recreated the differences between crossing narrow and wide spaces or stepping on puddles of water and debris.
