Important notes concerning game installation

1. If you took part in the first beta test, please uninstall the previous installation package and then install the new package for this test, instead of directly overlaying the installation.

2. Please note that once it reaches the maximum number of players, the Landing Page will be closed for any registrations.

3. Once installed, you can proceed to sign in. Please note that once it reaches the maximum number of players, the game will also be closed for any new sign-ins. We recommend signing in to the game as soon as possible after installation.

4. If you've taken part in the Pioneer Test, there's no need to re-download the build. Additionally, the game data from the Pioneer Test will not be reset when CBT2 officially begins.

GAME INFORMATION

All content in this test is based on a testing version and does not represent the final quality of the game.

Will my game progress/data be saved after the test ends?

- No, after the test concludes, the server will be shut down, and all game data will be deleted.

Is an internet connection required to participate in the test?

- Yes, an internet connection is necessary to play the game during the test.

Are there any device requirements for this test?

For a smooth testing experience, we recommend the following device configurations:Android:

- Processor: Snapdragon 710, Helio G70, Kirin 810, Exynos 9610, or a more advanced processor with Qualcomm Adreno 616, Mali G52, or a higher GPU;

- Ram: 6GB or above;

- Available storage: 20 GB or above;

- Version: Android 9 or a newer version; iOS:

iPhone 12 or a more advanced model;

20 GB storage or above; iOS 13 or a newer version;

Can I make in-app purchases during the test?

- No, in-app purchases will not be available in this test version. Nevertheless, the Need for Speed Mobile team will occasionally provide extra benefits during the testing period. Make sure to check your in-game mailbox to claim these surprises!

Why am I unable to access the game while others can?

- There exists a varying limit on the number of registered players in different regions. Consequently, this leads to situations where access is granted for certain players while others may encounter restrictions.

How can I find support if I encounter any issues?

Support is available through three methods. Refer to the details provided in the pinned post in the ⁠cbt2│find-support channel.

In-game Support Feature

When you're on the log-in page, you can find "Support" on the right side. After entering the game, you can find "Support" in Settings->Basic->bottom left.

Support in Discord Server

During the testing phases, we do not have a dedicated Customer Service, but our staff will try to provide necessary assistance here.

What should I do if I cannot access the game?

Please ensure that you meet the following conditions:

- You are currently located in the test regions (Australia, Canada, Indonesia, and Mexico)

- Your game device meets the requirements.

- Your network connection is stable.

- You have signed in to the game before the maximum player limit is reached.

If you meet all of the conditions above and still cannot log in, please let us know in the #find-support channel.

Please don't be discouraged if you fail to register for the test. Information regarding the second test will be initially shared on our Discord server, with priority given to players who are members of the server. Make sure to stay the server and stay updated!
