🧟The Day Before is a game that was surrounded in controversy a long time before this game even released. From changes in trailer visuals to the countless delays and rumors whether the game even existed. Well, here it is... The game exists, and it didn't come through with what it promised at all.

💔Overall, I'd say that The Day Before was a disaster we all knew was coming. The game had so many issues before it even launched, it was amazing that the game even existed. The fact that the trailers promised so much that the actual game never had is a big red flag. The devs claim that they worked on this game for 5 years, but the game feels like a very early release of a bare bones game that if it wasn't advertised as an open world mmorpg and an actual extraction game that it turned out to be, it could have been an okay game... I suppose. But that's if you really strip down all the things that aren't good about the game at the moment. Will this game survive? I'm not sure. The game is sitting at overwhelmingly negative reviews on steam right now. This is the first game that I feel deserves a low score, I give this game a 4/10, and that's being somewhat generous because underneath it all, there is the beginnings of a below average extraction game, that given time, could be an average game. But for now, this game is a giant disaster.
