I am have only reach Ch 2 of the story but here's something that really bother me :
🎮 Gameplay: Card-Based Skill System for Characters
👍 Pros: Unique Card System battles allows multiple characters to take action in a single turn. You can attack and heal/buffs in a single turn to optimize DMG and defense to your enemy without having to wait another turn like in other Turn-Based Games.
👎 Cons: HOWEVER since each characters have 3 skills this would mean a lot of RNG at play for a more optimal combat results. This is due to the skill cards possess "Stacking" feature where if Skill Cards of the same type of the same character are next to each other, they will stack on top of each other like some sort of Candy Crush and have better effect for the skills. So you can't decide by yourself whether if you are urgently in need of healing/shielding by your support characters, it takes away control from the player in dire situations.
🎮 Gameplay: Gacha Rates
👍 Pros:  Gacha Rates are nothing new. Usual 70 pity just like mainstream HoYo games. Currently the game gives out a total of 300 FREE PULLS over the span of 35 days with a single free SSR (a 5★ for the HoYo players)
🎮 Gameplay: Cafe Mode
👍 Pros: Its a unique "automated mining for resources" feature with a Cafe gimmick but you can walk around your cafe and see the upgrades you have do.
