The Elder Scrolls|Bethesda's biggest game is free and remastered

The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall is arguably one of the most ambitious sandbox games ever made. The developers envisioned it as a classic RPG with a multi-branch narrative, multiple path options, and a world narrative that changes based on the player's choices. It features procedurally generated content, including 15,000 towns and dungeons, with over 750,000 non-player characters.
Various guilds, temples, cults, knight orders, covens of witches, vampire clans, werewolf factions, and even werebear groups—each with corresponding quest lines. That was in 1996, when stars were rising in the video game industry. Even by today's standards, the intricate designs and interconnectivity of the systems are still engrossing. The game later had two remastered versions: DaggerXL and Daggerfall Unity.
Daggerfall Unity has recently officially announced that they have completed the full restoration and porting of the game content, ten years after they started the porting work. You can get a better quality and smoother experience of The Elder Scrolls II by clicking here. The installation package also includes some mods that you may or may not need, totaling 480 billion in number. Both in terms of time and workload, this is a monumental project. We owe our thanks to these people for preserving these wonderful memories for us, and we hope that they can still find enjoyment in the adventure when they return to the game.
