are you talking about the actual stage boss or the elite? with elite i mean the pinky flying brain that keeps shrinking into multiples, that enemy really sucks, but the stage boss is not that hard, just keep yourself in the opposite side of the room, watch out for the dead spiders, they'll explode and if the boss gets too close just roll out of the way

But my bullet speed is lower than the boss so I can't kill the final one in time (the bullets usually miss the target) and it keeps respawning again and again. Which means having a good buff is a must to defeat it on the first run
