Found A way to update
1st Step go to your play store
2nd step tap your profile on top right
3rd step tap Payment and subscriptions
4th step scroll down and find [MORE PAYMENT SETTINGS] then its gonna re direct you in google or chrome
5th step once you're there click the three lines on the top left then click on setting
6th step click on county region then add country
then all you need to do is find a generator for canada
thats all i did and i can update
