Q:As a mobile player, and assuming that a lot of players are playing on mobile. Running 8-4fully juiced maps takes me 1 min to run, and 3 to 5 minutes to go back and click the loot one by one. Can this be solved by being able to long press the loot button like in PC, or allowing loot pets to loot FE as well. Please help, cause my finger has calluses already.
A:We are considering the option for stackable items to be picked up with a single click. However, due to the progress of the preseason server opening, we cannot guarantee the exact timing of this feature's official implementation.
Q:Barrage: “Additional damage per wave” is it additive or multiplying?Also the candle , -43% additional damage per wave, ain't it a negative mod as a T0?"
A:It is cumulative. The design intent of the Affix on the Soul Candle is to make the first wave of damage higher and then decrease it, but there is currently no supporting gameplay designed for it, so we are considering making adjustments in the future.
Q:The trait skill design of some heroes makes it impossible for mobile players to play the hero even if they want to. For a mobile player to keep pressing the tiny trait skill every second (like Rosa) while enjoying the game for more than 3-4 hours is like a self-torture. PC players can aim with their mouse where they want to go. But mobile players can't aim like that. It's hard for mobile players to play Thea 2 either. That's because she has a design where she has to use the trait skill outside of the character to get Max dps. Mobile players can't play with the same problem.
A:Thank you for your feedback, we have also noticed this issue. We will think of ways to alleviate this problem.
Q:Hi, do my pact spirits affect the drop from bosses?For example, if I have all pact spirits activated for a drop (like Chalk etc..), does it affect drop from boss (like final boss in Aeterna city or Traveler boss etc..) when I kill it?
A:Yes,  it will affect the drop from bosses
Q:Hi! When playing Chain Lightning and stacking Skill Radius:1) Does it improve the initial short range of the skill?2) Does it increase the jump radius of the skill? If not, is there a way to somehow boost the two above-mentioned parts of the skill? Thank you!
A:Currently, there is no way to improve it, and there is no temporary solution.
Q:Will there be a Mac port?
A:There is no plan for now.
Q:It was discussed that the pity timer is based on a banner, what about those that came and went. For example the Kong banner? Will it be transferred to the next banner or will I wait for kong banner again.
A:If the banner remains the same, no matter when it returns, the pity timer will stay in place; and the pity timer will never transfer to another banner.
Q:We know the same effect affixes form different sources are multiplies (additional mods) . But can it be more to declare what the ""different sources"" accounting, because when its result is not as on paper, feels worse.
1) Do the same affix on main-hand & off-hand considers as different sources?ex: ""#% additional damage against frozen enemy"", T1 max of 1H is 70%, if 2 weapons multiplies it will be 1.7 * 1.7 = 2.89x, which is way more stronger than 2H, which is 140%. In this case, a 2H weapon/shield still feels not worthy, unless u need some specific affix only on them.
2) Do the same affix on different hero memories be considered as different sources?ex: ""enemies in the Holy Domain take 25% additional damage"", if I get it on each memory, do they multiply ? 1.25 ^ 3 = 1.95x or 1 + 0.25 * 3 = 1.75x?
3) On the tree, allocating a higher level of a node will just add the value, never multiply. But how is the slate, does it actually works like allocate an node, or like a gear with those mods? Do each slate consider as a single source, or the whole slate system is the same source, or the entire talent system is the same source?ex: ""15% additional Fire Damage dealt by the next Main Skill every 1s"", assume I allocate on native tree, and got 3 slates of iteach slate: 1.15 ^ 4 = 1.74x;whole slate system: 1.15 * (1 + 0.15 * 3) = 1.66xwhole talent system: 1 + 0.15 * 4 = 1.6xthey are big different.
4) "additional damage to life" even though it is named "additional" but it is stacking like critical dmg, do "additional weapon damage" also stack in this way? There is a big gap between stacking ""additional weapon damage"" on paper and the actual gameplay, and nowhere to check the final weapon damage.ex: If 6 affixes of 6% additional weapon damage, 1.06 ^ 6 = 1.41x or 1 + 0.6 * 6 = 1.36x ?
A:
1) The algorithm is correct, and it is indeed like this at the moment. We are considering making adjustments.
2) 1.95
3) It is 1.74 times, and it only stacks when there is one Talent in the Talent Panel that can be leveled up three times.
4) AdditionalWeaponDamage is multiplicative.
Q:To me, as well as to many of my friends in the game, the chaos card system seems to have very little impact. Chaos cards often spawn on inconvenient maps and often the entire set has very weak rewards. At the same time, cards with a small progress of points have practically no effect on what is happening at all, and cards with a progress of 6 in 90% of cases lose to small ones due to the strategy of rushing towards watchers.As a logical conclusion, it is always more profitable to simply rush to plain watcher or choose a rainbow chaos card (which happens very rarely), but it is simply preferable to skip the rest of other chaos cards.
A:We will enhance the card system next season, including chaos cards. We will also increase the attractiveness and strategy of the card system. Please stay tuned.
