I have an account level 95 and here's what I can tell from my experience:
🎮 Gameplay: Its a third person shooter combined with anime girls. Each characters possess a Skill, a Support Skill and an Ultimate Skill.
👍 Pros: Some characters are support oriented or DPS oriented but their Support Skills make for good additions that allows off-field characters to contribute even without having to switch in and out.
👍 Pros: you are guaranteed a SSR character after 80 pulls and weapons on 60 pulls. Devs also gives 10 to 15 free pulls every major patches so that's nice.
👍 Pros: You can actually F2P MAX OUT your favourite character via Personal File feature. It allows you to get 2 pieces of shards of a variant of your choice daily. This is how I got my Ji Chenxing - Ethereal Cloud into Manifestation 5 (for HoYo players that's like E6 or C6)
👍 Pros: Aside from DPS(s), Signature Weapons are not fully required for Support Characters to be solid. DPS most often will require their Signature Weapons but can still be mitigated by DMG boosts provided their Supports. For the small spenders Signature Weapons only requires 1 extra copy to be maxed out unlike on Genshin with 4-5 copies.
👍 Pros: ALL STANDARD CHARACTERS ARE SOLID CHOICES. Even up to this point, all SSR standard characters are still a solid choice of both DPS and Supports, since this is a Shooter games that requires you to aim for weak spots, how amazing a character is more often falls on the pilot (The player)
👍 Pros: Daily Missions basically doesn't take any time at all to finish since material levels have Auto-Clear feature (It saves your time in case you want to to do something else)
👍 Pros: Every patch devs always includes event-only various Co-Op mode with rewards worth your time.
👍 Pros: Devs recently added a Rogue-Like mode (Simulated Universe for HSR players), it gives out nice rewards including a 5★ Weapon and Gems. Its not time gated as well so you can always take your time getting all the rewards.
👍 Pros: Dorm features full body characters with furnitures for the characters. Its refreshing to see dorms not using Chibis. Grindable furnitures allows special interactions for the players.
Now for the Cons
👎 Cons: Lack of daily contents aside from automatically clear daily missions
👎 Cons: This is nitpicking but the musics aren't me memorable for me
👎 Cons: There's still some unfixed bugs in the game that could ruin the gameplay experience
👎 Cons: Most of the stories are not voiced. I realise this might be a turn off for those looking for full story experience
