About the Game：

"Home of the Yokai" is a creature collecting adventure game that blends together Eastern fantasy, open-world elements, and auto-chess combat.

In this world, humans coexist with more than three hundred types of Yokai. Through the combined efforts of humans and the Divine Jade Tree, humanity and these creatures became close companions. It is also during this time where the profession of Yokai Keeper emerged.

On your adventure across the Land to become a Yokai Keeper you will undergo many trials, journeying with your Yokai, traversing through uncharted lands, documenting many never-before seen creatures, forming new friends, and helping your village to grow and thrive... On your travels, you will challenge the many schools of Yokai Keepers scattered around the land, to unite them, and face the imminent threat of Demons.

Are you ready to delve into this fantastical adventure? Many Yokai and companions await you!

Gameplay Features:

Vibrant World

Traverse from lush forests to boundless wheatfields, snow-coated plains to serene rivertowns, eerie valleys to grand kingdoms, the diverse interconnected regions will bring you an unforgettable experience!

The scenery within the game will change with the weather and time. Each region within the map are home to various types of Yokai, whose unique behavioral differences make for an fun and interesting ecosystem. Within each area also resides a school of Yokai Keepers, with their own unique quirks!

For some more relaxing activities, try fishing, or collecting materials, or simply enjoy the music and scenery.

Fun and Unique Yokai

There are over 300 different forms of Yokai to collect, each with their own unique combination of abilities, stats, and characteristics. Of course, they can also evolve into new and unexpected forms!

Growing Your Village

Not only are Yokai your best friends on the road, they are also essential in building up your village. They can be assigned to different tasks such as cooking, gardening, mining, trading, to name a few. In doing so, they will bring in more rewards and bonuses to help you in your adventures!

Combat

"Home of the Yokai" is an auto-combat game. While you arrange their formations at the start of each battle, you can also use Charms to cast powerful spells to support your team both defensively and offensively. Seal as many Yokai as you'd like and create a team that suits your playstyle!

Dozens of unique charms will aid you in your adventures, ranging from supportive, to offensive, and utility. Most importantly, they are also used for sealing and capturing. Casting charms outside of battle might bring you unexpected surprises too!
