They need to add role system. 1 tank 2 attacker and 2 healer or whatever. And solo queue matchmaking.

I understand your frustration, being "rank stuck" can be annoying. I've had my times with that feeling. Here are some possible solutions. 1:) Mastering characters with carrying protentional. Characters that can one-shot change the pacing of any match, and can make up for less than optimized teams. You would be looking at characters like Hua Ling, Ossas, Lacia, and Vincent. 2:) Picking up Mark. Mark has the fastest AR in the game and one of the best mobility abilities in game as well. It would allow you to end fight quicker and allow you to help out teammates that are struggling with there 1v1 engagements. 3:) Picking up Hunter. If you are lacking a healer (that's the most common handicap I've noticed), Hunter is the way to go. His damage output is powerful, his scanning active ability is very informative and can be used as mobility, and he can self heal so you don't have to count on having a healer (as much). 4:) Damion has serious carrying potential. Her damage output is crazy if you can hit headshots. Her ability to get out of tight spaces is also a massive plus. If you can get the jump on support, and take out most teams tank shield you usually have that engagement in the bag (If youre teammates are doing ok to decent at least). 5:) Try to learn support....I know, not the most fun. But sometimes your team is actually good, they just need decent support to give them that winning edge. I hope this helps!
