Death's Dance: Earth Shock
Another "enchance other skill" rune is now reset to Commander's Touch cooldown. The basic effect is pretty usable; my only disappointment is that its element isn't Dark, because that way we could use it pretty well with the Demonic Plum Flower Sword.
Commander's Touch: Liberation
A basic attack increases rune has decreased mana cost and cooldown; you can also stack the attack increase even if it holds on for 12 seconds, and the cooldown is for 10 seconds. Maybe here is where you can use Death's Dance "Earth Shock" rune for a cooldown reset.
