TANK PRACTICE:FADE:005 - 23 Kill Game: Analysis in Description. [T3 Arena]

Hey guys, it’s been awhile! I got the urge to go back to T3 to check in and see if anything had changed (sadly nothing has), and wanted to play a few games. Little did I know that I would have the best game of my little T3 career. Im rusty for sure, but I made some powerful plays. I don’t know, I might try to make a comeback (probably not 😅). I hope you guys enjoy as always!

ANALYSIS:

AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT:

Missed Charges - I wasn’t hitting some pretty easy charges that I know I could land if I was factoring in the slight hitbox of the assets in game. Sometimes you have to go alittle wide to account for textured objects and surfaces, not only for charges but also for cannonballs as well.

Not Pinning before Ult Pop - The pacing of the game was going so well that I completely forgot a fundamental element to Fades gameplay. It is strongly recommended to pop Ult after a success pin to secure at least 1 initial kill. Luckily for me the enemy team continously grouped up for me to not have to worry as much about that.

AREAS I DID WELL:

Taking Down Support - I made a lot of plays to try and pin the support in the backline as much as possible

Optimal Ult Utilization - I popped some great Ults this game. Making sure to follow my “at least 3“ rule (if you haven’t read my previous T3 articles, I make it a point to try and only pop my Ult when I know I can secure 3 or more kills for maximum effectiveness).

Cannonball Utilization - I spammed as much as I could into the backline and surrounding area to try and apply pressure from a far. Its not a guaranteed kill, but it’ll prevent an enemy from walking directly to the objective or have a harder time getting into position.

Movement - I was on the move a good bit in this game, but also managed to stay objective focused and not venturing too far away from the payload. Most of my engagements took place acouple feet from the payload (not including charges of course, but I did try to keep them short).

Did you know if you press his reg attack and dash at the same time it fully clips the animation of his regular att no only making it Invisible but also at the same time as dash......the more you know..
