Korean game companies like MU Online and RO online face scrutiny for misleading gacha draw probabilities, with some titles revealing odds of winning as low as 0.25%.
Ragnarok: Eternal Love admitted that the probability labeling for over 200 virtual items was incorrect, with the highest discrepancy reaching up to eight times.
Meanwhile, MU Online by WEBZEN announced that the probability of obtaining certain virtual treasures was not the previously stated 0.25%, but rather, the first 149 draws would inevitably yield nothing, with the possibility of drawing only starting from the 150th draw.
