You can't create your server, if you mean join, you have to queue up here in TapTap. When you go to the beta page and it says nothing, you have to wait. When it says pre-register, that's you geing your place in the line. From there, you just have to wait until it's your turn.
Everyone should know that the advanced server is on a first come, first served basis. They wait until some players are inactive before they let another group of people in.
