Goku cannot defeat beerus while saitama defeated many god tier monstrousities and villains in just freakin one punch and remember goku took to long to beat most of his enemies remember his fight against cell and frieza he needs the power of humanity to create a huge power ball just to blast both of those enemy while saitama took them just one fkin punch so saitama wins this battle.
