im guessing that you think u can test advance server with a linked acc through official mlbb app only

you've downloaded mlbb advance server beta apk and it doesn't have any option to connect or bind accounts.

if your using Android and its Gmail linked acc then go to play games>settings>change acc for games>mlbb and select whichever linked Gmail your trying to switch to and relogin to switch
