Someone posted a modded version of the game after the latest update which angered the devs. That's why instead of banning that person they mistakenly banned everyone who is online and connected to the server

I did... they haven't said a word. Game got stuck on loading screen (and this being my first time launching the game), and when I closed and tried again, I got that same message. Still haven't received an email from them, and it's been half a day already
