I'm afraid to say this but there are 3 reasons why this is happening in your end.
The first possibility is that the game can't run on your device because of the unsupported GPU or Processor.
The Second possibility is the file might be corrupted so you need to download it on the official playstore which is on google.
The third might be a rare case that your OS also knows as the operating system is too outdated.
