You need to uninstall the game and download directly and install it in the official google playstore as the one in taptap is having a problem most of the time. And after that while the game is trying to download the patch and the games 7GB of data don't close or interrupt it let it do its thing until its done all. If the crash still happens close some background running app that consumes the memory at the background like FB/X/IG/YT/Taptap/Antivirus.
