Hi fellow gamers, from what I've read and seen about the new update for isle of dreams is the official isle of Dreams update will launch August 27th after the maintenance. And we won't be able to claim the free gift until then. I guess they sent everyone the free gift code today before the actual launch of the update. So yeah, this is what I'm assuming is going on.

You assumed wrong sir, Isle of Dreams launch was today in Global server, and at least 30% of the playerbase did not get the pre-register code. Hopefully this won't happen in SEA so you guys don't have to deal with it, cheers!

here, for GLOBAL server, You only need to go to official site and put Reedem code, and theres where you can redeem, choose server and put character ID.
