Mantou understand that is still not appearing for some of you guys (already noted and checking with TapTap team regarding about it) Temporary workaround that Mantou could offer would be: 1. Use Desktop Browser (or mobile browser with FORCE desktop site view) 2. Click on the notification "Bell" should be located at the top right beside your profile icon 3. After the pop up, click on the "Show All >>> " text link 4. You should be taken into a notification Inbox. 5. Click on the "Game" tab, you should be able to see your coupon code message there Hope the above workaround helps!

For players who receive the TapTap notification but "no code" issue, the code is actually there. Let Mantou do a quick guide for u guys before the official one is ready. 1. Click on your notification "bell" 2. Locate the "notification code" message. 3. Click on the message itself. You will be redirected to the Pre-Reg page. 4. Scroll down you will see a label "Gift Code & Activation Code (1)" 5. Click on the box you will find your Coupon Code there! 6. Claim your rewards at: https://bit.ly/redeemNA. Hope the above guide helps a little.

Mantou is out of ideas at the moment, but do contact our friendly Customer Service by sending an in-game ticket. Just login in-game and tap on [More] > [Settings] > [Fourth Tab] > [Support] Provide your TapTap ID so that our friendly customer service can verify your pre-registration details and retrieve the code for you!
