Can anyone help me? I received the notification with a gift code but in a US server. Is there a way to redeem the gift code, my account is in SEA server. 😓

Hello, I don't think you can get the SEA code unless you pre-registered in SEA server. In my case, I pre-registered both US and SEA server that's why I was confused at first when I received the US code. Now I already received the SEA code since it has been released in SEA server.
Hello, we have checked in the system and it seems you have pre-registered for both NA and SEA. You should be able to receive a redemption code after the release of SEA server. Don't hesitate to send us an in-game ticket if you experience any issues. Stay tuned! :D
