Fuji Games was one of the first to use this art style in a combination dungeon crawler and card battle game. It is no surprise to see a game that has little use of the dungeon crawler still find a place for free-roaming control. There is not much available in terms of groundbreaking features, but nothing problematic.
This game focuses on doing what has already been done as cleanly as possible. This game is competing with titles of an older style, such as God Eater: Resonant Ops and Soul Reverse Zero. While it may not be a good fit for those looking to find the newest games, there is a comfort in the simplicity that makes playing less stressful than with many current games.
This title is above average across the board, which is not always a bad thing. It is good to see Fuji Games can produce the same quality on their own as they do when teamed with other developers.
