The Relaxing City-Building Game Townscaper Is Coming to Mobile This October

Townscaper is not a game.

It is more of a toy than a game, as the creator Oskar Stålberg describes it.

The city-building game starts with a tranquil scenery of sea and sky. You pick one colored block from the palette and drop it on the water, and then add another block to it. The hidden algorithm in the game will turn these blocks into cute little houses, staircases, and much more.

Such creative randomness and delight vibe in the game let people create all kinds of buildings, and they are actively sharing their work on social media.

Townscaper is available on PC and Nintendo Switch, and it has received positive feedback from players. Its mobile version is scheduled to be out this October.[i]
