why is everyone asking if it is a Global? Dude it obviously say it is 'TW' which means 'Taiwan' server. There is only Chinese here. People here sure cannot read I am so amazed.

Taiwan server doesn't mean they don't added English language there. As I played Chinese version of Vive Le Football and there is English and other languages. I think there is English language in this game too.

And about Harry Potter game I must recommend everyone to download this game only, if you know Chinese. there is English and Chinese in most places but still there is English texts are missing in some areas.
