To be honest, I don't know how long it was out, but I can say for sure that with more time they could polish and make it a really fun game. Combats are fun but at the moment, everything's clunky and lots of loading screens. I'll still play the game because I love the series, though if you are not a fan of the anime or the Manga, you should wait for global release or some general polish patches.
