Professor Layton and the Curious Village is the first entry in the puzzle adventure game, Layton series. It includes a collection of 150 brainteasers. Professor Layton is sent to investigate the village of St. Mystere, where the residents love riddles, sliding puzzles, optical illusions, and etc. 

The game is originally released on Nintendo DS, and is also available on Android and iOS.

Although only one short chapter of the game is provided this time, the experience it brought to us was quite satisfying. Even on a large flat screen, the precision of the reproduced HD graphics causes much satisfaction. As we all know, the original series was presented in two split screens on Nintendo DS, upper and down. But in the mobile version, the two screens were optimized by merging into one. Despite that, it doesn't give you a sense of dissonance at all.
