Q : What is the Sausage Man game size?
A : iOS: The download package size is 1.3GB. No additional packages are required to download.
Android: The download package is less than 100MB. The additional download package is 800~900MB. After entering the game, an extra 300MB of maps and gameplay resources can be manually downloaded.

When you register and login for the first time, a beginner's tutorial will help you understand basic game elements.
In addition, you can also head to the training ground by selecting the game mode and practice your skills with all kinds of weapons, props, vehicles, and more.
Of course, it is highly recommended that you team up with your friends for battle practice to improve your gameplay proficiency and explore as much as you can!

Q : What do I do if my account is banned or suspended?
A : You will not be able to access the in-game Customer Support if your account is banned or suspended. Please refer to Account Banned Appeal on TapTap to send us your appeal.
Q : How do I report in-game bugs?
A : "You can report bugs through our in-game customer support via the Support button under the main Settings menu located on the top-right corner.
You can also submit via the Bug and Feedback Collection in TapTap. We will respond to you as soon as we can.
Q : The game is taking too long to download.
A : You can try to change your network environment, such as switching to another WiFi or 4G. If that still does not work, try re-downloading the game.
Q : The game has issues starting up.
A : "If the login screen does not appear after clicking and the game crashes on startup, please check whether the download package is complete. If the download package is damaged, please re-download.
Alternatively, you can go to our Bug and Feedback Collection to provide relevant screenshots and information. We will resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Q : I cannot log in to the game using my Facebook account.
A : There is a problem using Facebook to register a TapTap account. It is recommended to use an email address to register for a TapTap account to login to Sausage Man.
Q : I cannot register for a game account.
A : Please refer to the Account Registration Guide. If you are still unable to complete the registration, please inform us via Bug and Feedback Collection on TapTap.
Q : What do I do if my in-game latency is very high?
A : You can try to change your network environment, such as switching to another WiFi or 4G, or close background apps to free up your device's memory.
Q: I'm encountering severe lag and/or device overheating issues.
A:
1. Your device may not meet the minimum or recommended specifications, which are as follows:
Minimum specifications for Android: Android 4.4, RAM 2G
Recommended specifications for Android: Android 8.0, RAM 4G
Minimum specifications for iOS: iPhone 6s, iPad mini 4
Recommended specifications for iOS: iPhone 8
2.You can open the [Settings] button in the top right corner of the game lobby [General settings list], then access [Graphics]. Adjust the Resolution to ""Low"" and disable ""high frame rate"". This will significantly reduce overheating and lagging.
3.Close background apps to free up your device's memory, or restart it.
You can also use the in-game Customer Support, or leave a message in TapTap Bug and Suggested Feedback Collection, including your device specifications."
Q : How do I purchase in-game props?
A : "Google Play & App Store: tap on the purchase button directly in-game and follow the subsequent instructions to purchase props.
TapTap: tap on the purchase button to proceed to the webpage for payment."
Q : What do I do if I purchased an in-game item but did not receive it?
A : "There might be a delay in payment processing due to the internet connection. You can wait a little while or restart the game to see if you received the props in your mail or backpack.
Sausage Man also has a payment protection system. Tap the purchase button again, to display the below prompt. Tap the prompt to confirm.
If you still do not receive the purchased props, please contact Customer Support and provide a screenshot of the order number. We will verify and re-send the props to you as soon as possible!"
Q : How do I change my in-game nickname?
A : After entering the game, tap the upper left corner of the lobby to enter the personal information home page. Tap the change button next to your nickname to change it. Please note that this will consume a Name-Change Card.
Q : How do I add friends in-game?
A : "Tap the [Social] button on the right side of the game lobby interface and access the [Find Friends] tab to add friends via ID search, QR code scan, and other means.
Players who recently teamed up with you will also be displayed in the [Recently matched] page in the [Find Friends] tab, where you can add like-minded friends!"
