PUBG: New State Is Planning to Launch in October
Krafton recently held a press conference ahead of its stock market listing.
In addition to presenting an overview of the game PUBG, Changhan Kim (CEO of Krafton) depicted the future of this popular IP.
During the Q&A session, Kim said that PUBG: New State, the brand-new futuristic battle royale game based on PUBG, is planning to launch in September or early October this year. A second alpha test will start in August.
He also talked about expanding the PUBG universe through webtoon, animated series and short films. It is their top priority to provide the players with more fun via multiple media format.

PUBG[/i] has sold 75 million copies worldwide and it became the fifth best-selling game of all time. It is extremely popular in India, the Middle East and North Africa.
