Outside, William will immediately leave you for his girlfriend. Looks like you're on your own.

Heading to the right, feel free to talk to Liu, although you don't have to. A little bit past him, you'll find a seventh Text & Image File.

Collect this and continue right, past the little girl (Hai Jiale) and the man and dog at the Bus Station(Phillip and Cheese).

To the right of the Bus Station is the Repair Shop. If you want to talk to Louis and Molly, found to the right of the Repair Shop, feel free. When you're ready, head into the Repair Shop.

Move to the front counter, and interact with it. After a moment, Morax will appear at it.

After talking to him, check out the Violence Tromper robot to the right of the counter, which will add an eighth entry to your Text & Image Files. If you don't get this File entry, you must speak with Morax first!

After checking out the giant robot, head to the Parts Stand on the left side of the room. Rex will look at it and decide that the prices are outrageous, and you can leave the shop.

Outside, William will bring you a ripped cloth, with some blood on it. Follow William (all the way to the left of the city), making sure to stop along the way to collect a ninth Text & Image File (examine the neon sign at the base of the Tattoo parlour building west of the Mist Detective Agency building, at the base of stairs).

You can talk to the homeless Christopher too, if you want.

When you find William at the far left side of Sunlight Street (near the closed Steak House building), talk to him and select Option 1 - I'll go there now..
