[b]A Little Tied Up

Walking to the left of the room, you'll find a button. Press it, and a cutscene will play, showing the gang members finding Rex and tying him to a chair.

You'll be given control of William, and given instructions from Rex. You'll need to tune three Tesla Coils, before the gang members kill Rex. You won't have very long, so be quick!

Start by running straight to the left, and attune Tesla Coil 1. This can be one of three sets of numbers (see the list below).

Using the three dials, set the number to match the number on the Blue Screen, and then press the lever down to lock it on.

Next, run back to the right side of the room near the purple, square-headed robot. You should be able to jump up to higher ground from the hotspot.Continue hopping up over to the box labeled 'A' above the left group of goons, and flip the switch.

With that, jump up to the upper right platform and cross to the far right.Attune Tesla Coil 2, to match the new number on the Blue Screen, and press the lever to lock it on.

Next, jump to the far left, back toward the 'A' Box. Jump down to the bottom level, and move through the tunnel to the far left.

Flip the switch on the 'B' Box. Using the platforms to cross, make your way to Tesla Coil 3. Match this one to the new number on the Blue Screen, and press the lever to lock it on.

[b]Blowing Hot Air With Smokestacks

[/b]Back in control of Rex, move to the left. Be sure to Inspect the central Tesla tower to unlock a new File!

Continue left past the corpses and head through the opening in the brick wall to emerge on the upper levels. Jump up the platforms, climb the ladder, and escape through the window toward the far upper left corner of the warehouse.

Outside, you can't make it through the thick black smoke to the left, so you'll have to head down the ladder.

Continue down the stairs and flip the switch below the smokestack to 'Off.Climb back up and attempt to pass over the now-dormant smokestack. You'll find your way blocked, and Rex will decide to blow it up.

Climb back the ladder and press the button to the right (if you haven't already) to lower the bridge and open a shortcut back to the Conveyor Belt and Incinerator area.

Interact with the Coolant control panel to the left of the Incinerator, and hit the Coolant button again to turn off the flow of coolant to the Incinerator.

Now move to the right of the Incinerator, and spin the red wheel to stop the coolant from escaping the pipe.

Then return to the Coolant control panel and press the big Coolant button to set the meter back to "2" (max) to completely disable the Incinerator.Note the lever to the right of the Coolant control panel you were just playing with. This button toggles the Conveyor Belt operations, allowing you to shut it down or turn it back on at your leisure! Hit it when the Conveyor Belt is just about to drop a Fuel Tank (marked "Oil") into the Incinerator.Assuming you shut down the Incinerator earlier, you can now use the Elevator direclty below it by pressing the red button. Take it up and grab the Oil Canister off the Conveyor Belt.Take the lift back down, and head back up to the area above the smokestack. Place the Fuel Tank in the blockade above the smokestack.Now, climb down the ladder and the stairs, and turn the smokestack back 'On'. The Fuel Tank will explode, clearing your path. 

Shut off the smokestack one final time, then climb back up above the smokestack. Head left and exit using the red elevator.
