[b]At the Scene of the Crimes

First, inspect the weird sculpture at your starting position inside the Alta State Kitchen. This updates your to-do list with the task of obtaining three key items that you'll have to place inside the sculpture. You'll also be allowed to leave the kitchen.

Sheryl's Dressing Room

Go through the door to enter the Sheryl's Dressing Room, the scene of the Singer Sculpture Murder. First, inspect Sheryl's Gloves in the closet to the right of the oval mirror you arrived through

Inspect the bouquet to the left of the oval mirror if desired, otherwise be sure to inspect the broken wine glass in front of the larger dressing room mirror in the center of the room.

Next, inspect the Gramophone to the left of the central dressing room mirror to trigger a new puzzle.Alter the red signal wave to match the blue wave by using the three knobs below the audio frequency graph.

Below is one possible combination you can use:

Click Knob 1 twice.

Click Knob 2 twice.

Click Knob 3 three times.

This should trigger the appearance of another Sculpture. Inspect to obtain the Throat Organ Model, and an Achievement!

Step through the newly opened portal to arrive at the Cruise Ship Function Room.[b]High Seas Cruise Ship Function Room

First, inspect the Ventilation Control Panel to the left of your starting position.

After a short dialogue, you'll see the interface below.You'll need toswap the circuit "blocks" in order to match the symbols at each of their ends. There are 10 blocks in all. You can swap between blocks at any location, but only if they match orientation; you cannot swap a vertical block with a horizontal one!

Here is one way to solve this puzzle:

Interact with the control panel to the right of the darkened stage to turn on the lights.

Then Inspect the now-illuminated Stage itself. Continue to the far right of the room and interact with locked door on the holding cell.

Press and hold down the Confirm button when you see the keypad interface to make fingerprints appear on three of the numbers.You'll enter a 4-digit code into the keypad, and the fingerprints are the clues that literally highlight which numbers will be required. Your job is to brute force that code using the highlighted numbers, but pay attention to Rex's hint about one of the digits needing to be entered twice in a row! That means one of the keys will have TWO fingerprints.

The solution we encountered was 2776. Yours may be different depending on which keys are highlighted; the most important thing to keep in mind is that the digit you must enter twice will obviously have two fingerprints compared to one! This will limit the digit combination choices considerably.

The holding cell door will unlock once you enter the correct code. Inspect the hotspot inside. Another Sculpture should appear in front of the stage at this point. Inspect it to obtain the Liver Organ Model. You'll also unlock yet another Achievement!

Another portal will appear at the far left side of the Cruise Ship Function Room. Head through it, and you'll arrive inside another crime scene from the past.

Scott Hotel, Room 1023

When you regain control of Rex inside Room 1023, inspect the smartphone to the left of the bed. Read all the SMS messages on the device.

Next, inspect the fuzzy bunny rabbit doll on the bed itself.Then head through the bathroom door at the right side of the room. Inspect the hotel staff uniform inside.

You know the drill: inspect the ghastly new Sculpture that has appeared back in the bedroom. You'll obtain the Kidney Organ Model and a new Achievement.Step through the final portal that appears to return to the Alta State Kitchen, and interact with the Sculpture at the center of the room.

Inspect the signal projector when you regain control of Rex. Step through the newly opened door after the scene.
