This secret lab is about to become secret no more! First, Inspect the files on the whiteboard to the right of the entrance to unlock a new File.
Continue right and attempt to interact with the large life support device in the center of the lab. Then interact with the computer to the right of the device.
Be sure to read all files on the PC desktop, particularly the diagram at the far right. This diagram provides an important clue for a code that you'll need to enter very soon!
Exit the computer desktop and return to the far left of the lab. Interact with the chain console control panel you find here. Don't the hanging lamps above the control panel look familiar?The chain console control panel interface contains a series of four buttons. You'll use the first three buttons to adjust the height of the coloured lamps hanging above, and each button controls a different set of lamps (the button at the far right resets the position of ALL lamps).
Your goal is adjust the height of the lamps to match the diagram you saw earlier on the computer by pressing the first three buttons a certain a number of times each! The good news is that order you press them in does not matter.
Spoiler:
Press the purple/orange (far left) button twice.
Press the yellow/green (middle) button once.
Press the blue (second from right) button twice.
Completing the chain console command puzzle will make a set of stairs leading downward appear. Head down when you are ready.
You'll emerge in a Secret Corridor. Examine the mysterious courier clothes to the right of the stairwell if desired, otherwise head left and enter the doorway at the far left end of the hall.
Suprised to find another secret room? First, examine the diary to the immediate right of the doorway. Then head left, and be sure to inspect the Beta Type Consciousness Transmission Device (whew!) along the way for a new File!
Continue left and speak with Charles. You'll need a tool help break him free, so leave the room and head to the right. Grab the Crowbar at the far right end of the corridor.
