"BLADE OF GOD" is a 3D single hardcore action game jointly produced by Pangu Soul Game and Galaxy Network. The multi-lens mechanism is used to provide players with immersive plot performances and emotional experiences. QTE, one flash, grab, ride, transform, ghost call, and light and heavy combo are the main core gameplays, presenting a full range of combat experience.
The game builds a unique worldview system based on Nordic mythology. The story begins after the millennium of the gods battle, you will play the mysterious blood of the protagonist Kao, together with your guardian spirit Hemdal, from the emergence of war giants, against the invasion of the gods, experience the disparity between man and god The battle against the sky, and the love and hate entanglement with the star priestess Esther from the gods, to save the family's crimes and punishments by sucking souls.
Survival and destruction, love and betrayal, killing and redemption. Everything is waiting for your choice.
I feel like games building this much hype over such a long period of time have a responsibility to deliver something that justifies it. The release of this game feels more like "about time" and less like "finally!"
The game is above average, but not amazing. It is obvious the development for this game began a long time ago and it seems like there was not much effort to keep updating it throughout the process. A console game can take years before it is released and will still look modern. This game, on the other hand, felt like something I would have played back when it was announced. Hype only goes so far when you put it next to what it currently out and realize you can get the same experience and better graphics or customization elsewhere.
I have to give the game credit for being both offline and manual, though. This limits the likelihood of events, but provides a solid fallback for those times when you don't have a good connection or want to actually play a game yourself. If you have limited data, this may be the game for you.
This is something to keep around for specific situations, but not necessarily a priority. If you have the space, it doesn't hurt to install it.
