I notice there are a couple of impressive games are under test, Land Of Eno and Ace Racer. But I prefer the Slime Quest. Seriously? Land Of Eno is TapTap exclusive game, I guess I should be fired for not supporting our exclusive games, lol. I can’t say the Slime Quest has innovative gameplay or good-looking graphics? So what really attracted me?
First, The game drew my attention by his introduction. The MMORPG "players" have been hunting us and turning us into EXP and alchemy materials. You're a surviving slime, the only hero who can save their kind! It's time we fight back! I just like the setting. How about making a hero game with Thanos as protagonist and kicking all the Marvel heroes' ass, it definitely would become the best seller.
The reason I like the game also includes the craftsmanship the developer showed. It’s been forever and a day to see a game with such a comfortable tutorial, Slime Quest convey the game setting in a smart and fluid manner, I like the way The Scariest Demon King teach me how to play and the other NPC come to help when you’re near death. And our LoadComplete attempt to make money like a gentleman, no intrusive advertisement instead of reward AD. I was so glad to see most of the functions included Store is locked a first so I wouldn't be overwhelmed by a terrific amount of functions I need to learn and information I need to read.
To be honest, there are not many innovations in gameplay. And for someone don’t play each game for a long time like me (Not including Elder Ring, Diablo, Hearthstone, etc), I probably not going to play this for long, but it’s still a great experience for me. Worthy of recommendation.
