Average classic rougelike that I've known

Finally gotta try the clean version of this game (Premium using Google Play Pass). And, I would say, it really depends on how picky the player is regarding on how the presentation of Rougelike should be. And I'm leaning on the side of "I like development visible on before each run". Yeah I'm not seeing it here.
Albeit that's my fault for catering towards rougelike that has such said development, for instance one game that stands out is definitely Cult of The Lamb and Dave the Diver (yes I know, but since they also run on Switch AND the emulator on my phone, I count this a fair comparison). Even some bare minimum of development such as Dead Cells stick to me well. This game really doesn't. And it's just luck with in your play that tells you "you're gonna be better in this run"
I didn't forget about the level selection and character options. However I still thinks it's lacking for my taste. So, I checked as "Played" and that's about it.
