Art is nice, music is good, but controls are a bit rough. For a platformer-style game that's pretty important to get exactly right. A floating virtual joystick would do much better at controlling the character than two separate right and left buttons.
Also, not a huge deal, but once you're in the middle of dialogue, most games will let you tap anywhere to advance the text. I shouldn't have to keep looking at the interact button to make sure I'm hitting it—that just feels tedious.
Another cue you could take from other titles is the way the ads play, most games have them muted by default, which is less intrusive.
The save & continue system is also annoying for a mobile game. Maybe auto-save at each screen and then use the fountain/bench for a free heal? Health is sparse and there's a lot of unnecessary backtracking; this would solve both of those problems.
Overall I feel like the game has a lot of potential... I want to enjoy it, but it's a bit clunky and doesn't make me want to finish it since I have to start so far back each time I die.
