How Deep Insanity ASYLUM Is Related To The Anime And Manga

Translate
Final Fantasy developer Square Enix has recently released their new mobile game, Deep Insanity ASYLUM, in Japan. It's actually part of a larger multimedia franchise, that also includes a manga and a recently-premiered anime.
While all three franchises have different story, different time periods, and somewhat different characters, they're all connected through the same universe. In all three stories, humans on Earth are slowly becoming infected by a new disease called the Randolph Syndrome. People infected with it are put in a deep sleep, never to wake up. Now, it was discovered that the disease originated in Antarctica, from a mysterious underground world called the "Asylum." And to cure the syndrome... and get rich in the process, people have set out into this dangerous new world filled with monsters and dangers.
The first to take place is the manga, Deep Insanity: Nirvana. It also takes place the earliest in the timeline, where only 80 million people are suffering the disease. The manga follows Sergiu Sol, who has a resistance to the disease, deciding to head to the Asylum. The next story in the timeline is the anime, Deep Insanity: The Lost Child. It follows Daniel Kai Shigure, a boy with a certain wish. And to fulfill it, he must head to the Asylum. The final story in the timeline is the mobile game itself, Deep Insanity ASYLUM. It follows Woo Inominetas, who is the only survivor from a massacre which happened at a medical facility.
So that's it. If you think about it, both the manga and anime serve as a prequel of sorts for the game. It's now available for Android devices, but so far, it's only available in Japanese, so you guys could wait a while before it gets a global release. However, you can download the game already, even if it's only for Japan.
